What version 1.0 includes

• One CXOdoo app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
• Direct connection to an authorised Odoo 19 environment using a customer-owned API key stored in Apple Keychain, with an explicit choice between device-only storage and optional iCloud Keychain discovery.
• Receipt capture from Camera, Photos, images, and PDFs for supported draft Vendor Bill and Employee Expense workflows.
• Timer and manual project-time entry with project and task selection, descriptions, favourites, recents, daily totals, Odoo timer reconciliation, iPhone widgets and Live Activities, and a Mac menu-bar pop-out.
• Connection refresh, company selection, and one Settings area for unresolved receipt and time sync issues.
• Free Core connection management with separate optional Receipts and Time monthly or annual subscriptions.

Using this release

Start in Settings and save a tested Odoo connection. Use Receipts to select the destination and capture the document. Use Time to select a project and task, then start a timer or save a reviewed manual entry.

When CXOdoo cannot confirm the result safely, it preserves the unresolved work in Sync Issues rather than silently guessing or submitting a duplicate.

Important boundaries

Odoo remains authoritative for business records, access rights, accounting decisions, projects, tasks, timesheets, and timer state. CXOdoo does not replace Odoo approval, posting, notification, or access-control behaviour.
