Company and contact enrichment
Bring ZoomInfo company and people information into Odoo using controlled import and enrichment workflows.
CXOdoo already includes focused Odoo apps and one native application for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
We are continuing to build from the same principle: find the friction in real Odoo work and fix it properly.
Our next major Odoo development focus is ZoomInfo for Odoo.
Beyond ZoomInfo, we have a broader pipeline of Odoo apps and future Android and Windows products.
Not everything below is at the same stage of development. We would rather show you where we are heading than pretend every idea has a release date.
ZoomInfo for Odoo is being developed to bring company and contact enrichment into Odoo without treating external data as an uncontrolled replacement for the information your team already trusts.
The goal is not simply to put more data into Odoo.
It is to make enrichment reviewable, explainable and useful.
The product builds on work already undertaken around ZoomInfo company and people imports, API enrichment, review queues, field protection and data-stewardship workflows.
Australian organisations can use CXOdoo’s separate Australian Business Lookup product alongside ZoomInfo for Odoo.
ZoomInfo enriches the record.
Australian Business Lookup helps verify the Australian entity.
Bring ZoomInfo company and people information into Odoo using controlled import and enrichment workflows.
Compare incoming information with the Odoo record and protect data that has already been deliberately curated.
Send uncertain or conflicting changes to a review workflow instead of blindly applying them.
Keep evidence of where information came from, what was applied, what was skipped and what needs attention.
Support individual enrichment as well as larger import and enrichment activities where the customer’s ZoomInfo access permits them.
Use Australian Business Lookup separately where Australian entity verification is required.
ZoomInfo data and API services are not supplied by CXOdoo.
Customers will require their own appropriate ZoomInfo subscription, entitlements and credentials and remain responsible for their permitted and lawful use of ZoomInfo data.
CXOdoo is one multiplatform App Store product across supported iPhone, iPad and Mac devices.
Core is free, with optional Receipts and Time subscriptions. Mac is not a separate product and is not charged separately.
Explore CXOdooWe plan to carry the right CXOdoo workflows to Android and Windows after the Apple product has been established.
We are not publishing release dates or promising feature parity before that work has been completed.
Planned after Apple
Bring the useful mobile CXOdoo workflows to Android after the Apple release programme is complete.
Tell Us What You Need on AndroidPlanned after Apple
Extend the CXOdoo experience to Windows after the Apple product has been established.
Tell Us What You Need on WindowsThe products below come from working Odoo functionality, reusable modules or operating problems we have already explored.
They still need varying amounts of packaging, separation, security review, compatibility work or product refinement before commercial release.
Interest from Odoo users helps us decide what to bring forward.
Simple online checkout works when the product, price and delivery path are already known.
Complex B2B quoting is different.
A customer request may need freight choices, site or port delivery information, supplier availability, minimum order quantities, lead times, supplier pricing and product information before anyone can prepare an accurate quotation.
We have developed a broader sourcing workflow around that problem and are evaluating its component modules for release as reusable CXOdoo products.
Replace payment-first website checkout with a request-for-quotation workflow where the sale needs to be reviewed before it can become an order.
The product direction includes draft quotation creation, freight preference, delivery basis, special requests and RFQ acknowledgement while keeping the core workflow inside Odoo Sales.
I’m Interested in B2B RFQ CheckoutCreate and route supplier RFQs from the customer requirement instead of making the purchasing team recreate the sourcing context manually.
The product direction includes supplier matching, purchase RFQ creation, supplier-recipient routing and internal visibility when sourcing needs attention.
I’m Interested in Supplier RFQ AutomationProvide controlled supplier response links for information such as price, MOQ, lead time, freight, delivery information, HS codes, dimensions and unable-to-quote outcomes.
Responses can then be reviewed before approved values reach product or supplier information in Odoo.
I’m Interested in Supplier Response PortalCollect product submissions from eligible suppliers and route the information through an internal review process before new products are created or existing records are changed.
The product direction includes part numbers, descriptions, MOQ, pricing, country of origin, dimensions, compatible models and product imagery.
I’m Interested in Supplier Product IntakeOdoo Chatter is useful because communication lives beside the business record.
That also makes recipient mistakes more consequential.
Chatter Privacy Controls is the broader product direction around making the difference between external communication and internal discussion clearer, controlling how external recipients and followers are handled, and retaining useful evidence when follower cleanup is required.
This is broader than the currently released Odoo Follower Guard.
Odoo Follower Guard solves the immediate follower-selection problem.
Chatter Privacy Controls is intended to address a wider set of Chatter recipient and visibility behaviours.
A payment method without the right outstanding-account configuration can turn a simple payment workflow into an accounting cleanup problem.
Account Payment Safeguards is being considered as a focused CXOdoo product to stop customer or vendor payment workflows when required accounting configuration is missing.
The aim is to make the problem visible before an incorrect payment entry is created rather than after someone has to diagnose the result.
I’m Interested in Account Payment SafeguardsCompany and child-contact inheritance in Odoo is useful until an individual contact needs information that should not simply mirror the parent company.
Contacts Address Independence is being evaluated as a reusable product around more deliberate address and contact-data behaviour, including separation of company-owned information from individual-contact details.
Part of the productisation work is separating Australian-specific business behaviour from the functionality that makes sense globally.
I’m Interested in Contacts Address IndependenceWebsite Mailing Signup is a reusable Odoo workflow for collecting mailing registrations while preserving more useful information about the person’s request and consent.
The existing product direction includes website-scoped registrations, optional mobile details, auditable communication consent, duplicate protection, opt-out handling, bot controls and organiser digests.
This work may also become part of the future CXOdoo Release Updates experience.
I’m Interested in Website Mailing SignupNot every reusable piece of software is ready to become a product.
The following areas contain functionality, ideas or reusable work that we believe may have value beyond the environment where it originated.
Some may become standalone CXOdoo apps.
Some may become features within another product.
Some may ultimately remain internal or custom-development components.
We will only release them when the product boundary and customer value are clear.

We build CXOdoo products from problems encountered in real Odoo environments.
That means feedback before release is useful.
If one of these products would solve a problem in your organisation, tell us how you would use it.
If something is missing, tell us that too.
You do not need to write a technical specification or design the solution.
Describe the problem, the current workflow and the outcome you want.
Interest does not guarantee that a product will be released, but real-world requirements help us decide what to productise, what to prioritise and what a useful version of the product needs to do.
