Yes. Search, favourites and saving selected contacts to your phone are included with free Contacts. Contacts+ is an optional paid feature for additional contact context.
Will saved phone contacts update automatically?
Saving creates a copy of the selected contact in your phone’s address book. It does not set up continuous or two-way synchronisation with Odoo.
Can I read Odoo Chatter on my phone?
Contacts+ brings accessible contact Chatter into CXOdoo. What you can see depends on your Odoo permissions, environment and platform.
Is the before-call brief an AI summary?
No. It is a read-only brief assembled on your device from accessible Odoo records, with links back to the source.
Do I need to install a custom Odoo module?
